Because it’s made with red wine, the red variety has a strong, full flavor.

Great vinegar.

This is the vinegar to use for a delicious salad dressing, especially when paired with their delicious olive oils. I have been using Sciabica Red Wine Vinegar for several years. I love their products and customer service.

I’m on the last bit of this vinegar. I bought the large jug and we used it very quickly. I use it for salads, and whenever my cooking needs a sour element. It’s delicious!
