This is my favorite olive oil for salad. It doesn't overwhelm. it enhances. I pari it with the sticky balasamic. I have bought several bottles for our home and for others.

This is the best olive oil ever. The cold-pressed flavors are all so delicious, as well as the unique variations of the different olives used. My family actually sold Sciabiaca olive oils for years at our local Green Markets and anyone who tasted them loved them and instantly became a return customer. We put the olive oil on everything, it’s all I use on my salads now. Absolutely love it.
