My family and I frequently enjoy a loaf of fresh baked Ciabatta or Sourdough bread for an hors D'oeuvres the following simple dip recipe for four:
1/2 cup garlic flavored olive oil from Sciabica family
1/2 cup of sticky balsamic vinegar from Sciabica
3 tbsp of crushed red pepper flakes
3 tbsp of Italian seasoning
4 tbsp of grated parmeson cheese
mix well and serve in separate small dipping bowls or saucers.
