This is a lovely balsamic vinegar. It’s dense and delicious and fragrant, and a very good value. You will not be disappointed. One of my favorite ways to use it is when roasting compari tomatoes in the oven with a little shallot and salt and pepper - I sprinkle it all over the tomatoes and when roasted through and juices reduced, it is heavenly!

There has not been a Sciabica product that we have not thoroughly enjoyed. The Balsamic vinegar tastes wonderful with every olive oil, or recipe we've used it with.

Aloha, I have not tried the Balsamic yet, but the Orange olive oil cap was a little loose, & was leaking.
Can you have packers check the caps????

This is a light and flavorful balsamic vinegar. Slightly fruity with a slight boldness. Great on salads or dipping freshly baked bread. Price point is an excellent value.

I’ve been buying and using Sciabica products since the 1990s. They make the best products! No matter where in the world I have lived, I’ve either imported it with me in my luggage to other countries or have them ship domestically. I live in Alaska now and their shipping is so fast and reliable!
