I seem to find more and more uses for this buttery blend. Today I used it to sauté some green beans, also in a recipe for corn bread which required butter, and on some pasta tossed in garlic, pesto and mushrooms. It is a great butter substitute or as a mixture of butter and the oil or all by itself. It is especially good for dipping crusty sourdough bread with Sciabica's sticky balsamic and some herbs.

I gave up on olive oil along time ago because it was so bitter and did not help my body feel good.

But when I discovered their sweet olive oil I feel like I have found religion again ha ha

It is so sweet and creamy and smooth. It is literally like a fruit oil. All of my friends are freaking out none of us has ever tasted true ripe olive oil before.

Olio Nuovo is always amazing; it is as close as we non-employees of an Olive Oil production facility can get to the fresh oil pouring from the spout!
This particular year’s Mission Olio Nuovo is special indeed. It is fresh and delicious, and has that anti-inflammatory burn (oleocanthal, don’t ya know) at the back of the throat that makes me cough and sing with joy at the same time. We tried it first with the 250 ml and loved it so much, we bought the larger bag in the box right away so it wouldn’t run out too fast. KUDOS, Sciabica from our family!!

I found you 30 years ago and I've been buying ever since. I have looked elsewhere for spring olive oil, even in stores that carry many brands. Thank you for your special olive oil. Hopefully we'll be buying from you for another 30 years.

Well, I wish I could speak "olive oil expertise", alas I'm not qualified. What I do know is that this olive oils flavor is extraordinary. I love a salad of bitter greens, and tend to have one at least 4 times a week. This olive oil is the perfect counter to the bitterness of those greens. I keep it simple and clean, not mixing much with it as a dressing.

It was a gift for my wife who had never had the wonderful olive oil from you guys so let me be truthful she has loved it more than I could have dreamed! She has made a dish everyday using it and can’t wait to taste other flavors since you have proven to her that you are the best!!!

This oil is so smooth...............I am used to the Lemon Oil that I get from you, but when I am using this partricular oil, it is so smooth...and pure. Just heaven!!

This is the best Olive Oil for popcorn. I can only say it is one of my favorite because there are other Olive Oil that I like just as much, but not for popcorn.

I made the switch to this “local” olive oil since I have an auto immune condition. It is so so so good! My body loves it in every Mediterranean dish I make….well actually in anything I make! Love it!
