I buy the Mediterranean Medley. Love it quality and taste. I use it for all my frying and great as salad!dressing.

As Tasting Table Gene Gerard says it is the absolute best olive oil to dip your bread in. Get yourself a multigrain baguette, a glass of red wine, and a pour some mediterranean medley in a dipping dish, and you will find yourself refilling the dish and eating the whole baguette when you told yourself you were only going to eat half.

I first found this oil at a farm stand on the way back from Yosemite to San Francisco. I thought I discovered the most amazing product! I got nervous when I began to run low, was I to go all the way back, and which farm stand was it??? Luckily I found it available online! Wehoooo. So yummy!

Mediterranean Medley Olive Oil is superb - so fragrant and flavorful - I find it tempting to drink it straight! It is my favorite gift to give to special people in my life and they look forward to receiving it. My favorite use of the oil is drizzled over fresh sliced or chopped tomatoes in a simple salad. Typically, I add garbanzo beans and a fresh chiffinade or ribbons of basil to the chopped tomatoes along with crumbled goat cheese. Occasionally I’ll add avocado, cucumbers, artichoke hearts , olives. With a little salt and pepper that’s all that is needed! Another favorite use is basting halibut or shrimp when grilling. The fragrance of this oil is “Devine”

I have been enjoying many of the various oils and vinegars from Sciabica for at least 10 years now. I first tasted them in San Francisco at one of the Farmer’s Markets at the Ferry Building. This one is still my favorite! It is so easy a delicious on salads with any lettuce or vegetables, I don’t even have to add any other herbs or seasonings; just the oil and a bit of balsamic vinegar.
I send various gift sets of olive oil to family and friends at Christmas every year and the Mediterranean is always a favorite among them all.

I love all of the Sciabica olive oils and balsamic vinegars. Mediterranean Medley is my favorite oil. I use it in pasta dishes, to sauté vegetables, and more. I have given as a gift, and everyone agrees that it is delicious.

It was just what I was looking for: an olive oil that was not bitter for dipping bread and drizzling on salads. This is what Martha Stewart said she used for dipping and drizzling. I plan to continue to re-order as needed because it fit my tastes perfectly. So happy to not be wasting any more money on those that were rated high in general, but for my purposes, they failed miserably. Thank you!!

I have been trying several different Extra Virgin Olive Oils over the past year. I recently read a review of the top rated bread dipping olive oils and Sciabica's Mediterranean Medley was rated number one so I ordered it. I was also interested in more of a fruit flavor.
This has an incredible taste and I would recommend it highly. My daughter also loved it and this will be my number one choice. Great combination of flavors which the garlic and basil. I am also very glad to give business to an American company !!!

I generally dislike flavored oils, they are not ‘true’ flavors. One exception is the Mediterranean oil. It has the perfect blend of herbs that I would use in my dishes.
