If you don’t thoroughly enjoy (love) a product, we will swap it or issue a refund.
WHEN
You must alert us within 30 days of receiving the product.
HOW
Did you get something you're not in love with? No, problem! Simply reply to your order confirmation. We will ship a replacement at our cost, or credit back the cost of the product, including shipping.
LIMITATIONS
Applies to a single bottle, gift pack, or Bag-in-Box of each variety/flavor. If you order multiple bottles of the same product, and you’re not happy, the first bottle will be refunded. Subsequent bottles can be returned for credit at the customer’s shipping expense. Basically, if you haven’t tried it previously, it’s best to only order one 😉
