Ingredients Mediterranean Turkey Burger
1lb Ground Turkey
1 Cup Bread Crumbs
2 Whole Eggs
1 Tbsp Digon Mustard
1/2 Cup Crumbled Feta
1/2 Cup Red Onion, Diced
1 Tbsp Mediterranean Medley EVOO
1 Tbsp Sea Salt + Pepper
Jalapeno Cheddar Burger
1 lb Lean Ground Beef
1/2 Cup Shredded Cheddar
1/4 Cup Sciabica's Jalapeno EVOO
5 Garlic Cloves , Finely Chopped
1 Tbsp Sea Salt + Pepper
Oaklahoma Fried Onion Burger
1 Onion , Thinly Shaved Slices
1 lb 80/20 Chuck Ground Beef
1 Pinch Sea Salt + Pepper To Taste
1/4 Cup Sciabica's Mission Trail Olive Oil
Vegan Black Bean Burger
1/2 Onion , Minced
1/2 Cup Tomato Paste
1 1/2 Cups Old-Fashioned Oats
1 Can Black Beans
1 Tsp Ground Cumin
2 Tsp Chili Powder
1 (4 oz) Can Chopped Green Chiles
2 Tbsp Sciabica's Garlic EVOO
1 Tbsp Sea Salt + Pepper
Directions
Mediterranean Turkey Burger
Mix all ingredients by hand in a mixing bowl
If the mixture is too moist, add more breadcrumbs
Form 4-5 patties
Bake on a non-stick surface or pan sear in your favorite Sciabica's California Olive Oil
Jalapeno Cheddar Burger
Mix all ingredients by hand in a mixing bowl
Form into 4-5 patties
Pan sear in Marsala EVOO
Oklahoma Fried Onion
Lightly roll palm sized balls of ground beef, do not pack tight
Place ball of meat on cast iron or a flattop, top with a small handful of shaved onions
Smash shaved onions into the ground beef ball with a large spatula, forming the patty
Flip once seared and allow onions to caramelize
Vegan Black Bean Burger
Place all ingredients into a food processor
Pulse intil all ingredients have thoroughly combined
Form into 4-5 patties
Bake on a non-stick surface or pan and sear in your favorite Sciabica's EVOO
