2 Bunches of Asparagus
1 Cup Red Grape Tomatoes
1 Cup Yellow Grape Tomatoes
1/2 Cup Sciabica's Sevillano Extra Virgin Olive Oil
1/4 Cup Sciabica's 4 Star Balsamic
1/2 Tsp Fresh Ground Black Pepper
1 Tsp Garlic Salt
2 Tbsp Grated Parmesan Cheese

By hand, snap all of the asparaguses. This will ensure you do not have any spears that are hard to chew through.

In a bowl, mix Extra Virgin Olive Oil, Balsamic Vinegar, Garlic Salt, Pepper, and Parmesan.

Spread all of the asparagus and tomatoes onto a non-stick baking sheet.
Spread the sauce in the bowl over the asparagus and tomatoes on the non-stick pan.
Mix the Asparagus, tomatoes, and sauce together.
Place the baking sheet in the oven for 15 minutes at 425°F.
When done, remove the baking sheet from the oven, plate the asparagus and tomatoes, and garnish with additional parmesan cheese.
