Ingredients
2 Cups Chia Seeds
8 Cups Almond or Coconut Milk
2 Tablespoons Agave or Honey
3 Cups Raw Oatmeal, Old-Fashioned
1 Cup Raw Almonds, Sliced
1 Cup Dried Cranberries
2 Cups Raw Pecans, Chopped
1 Cup Honey or Agave
1/2 Cup Sciabica's Orange EVOO
1 Teaspoon Ground Cinnamon
1 Pinch Sea Salt, To Taste
Directions
Chia Pudding
Combine all ingredients into a bowl
Shake or stir to evenly distribute
Cover in plastic wrap and let it sit overnight
Orange EVOO Granola
Pre-heat oven to 300 F
Combine ingredients into a large bowl
Sweet Peach Balsamic Glaze
Place a saucepan over medium-low heat and add 2 cups of Sweet Peach Balsamic
Reduce by 2/3 or desired consistency
Parfait
Place 1 cup of pudding mixture into a bowl
Top with granola and fresh blueberries and strawberries
