Wonderful and delicious product
I have used the balsamic vinegars with different oils, and they are a great addition to my salads, but they are also wonderful in marinades and as a replacement for BBQ sauce. I recently used the Mission Fig on Burnt Ends, and it was fabulous. I used Sweet Peach on a pork tenderloin for great flavor. So versatile. Give them a try and think out of the box.
