All of the balsamic vinegars in this set are so good. I can't decide which one I want in a larger botl! Yikes...they are so good, tasty, look great on your salads, and the taste is beyond anything you could want!

Wonderful and delicious product
I have used the balsamic vinegars with different oils, and they are a great addition to my salads, but they are also wonderful in marinades and as a replacement for BBQ sauce. I recently used the Mission Fig on Burnt Ends, and it was fabulous. I used Sweet Peach on a pork tenderloin for great flavor. So versatile. Give them a try and think out of the box.
I've tried each vinegar with different oils, and every combination is better than the last. I eat a lot more salads now.
