I grew up in the farmland of the San Joaquin Valley and have loved your olive oils no matter where I lived from Oregon to now the Central Coast of California. We cook with them, use them in recipes, use them to dip bread, use the lemon over vanilla ice cream and even for our skin. Great tasting
Very tasty, strong flavors. Bitter a tad more dominant than expected, grassy flavors a tad less forward than expected. Overall delicious, and I’ll try it again at the new harvest.

I’ve really enjoyed all the products I’ve purchased here. Once I ran out before I made another order so I bought another ‘good’ olive oil that’s was fine enough but I truly missed the depth of flavor with the Robust and Peppery Arbosana. Now I will always reorder well before I get to the bottom of the bottle, perhaps I should order the box from now on.

Such a delightful burn on the back of our throats! We love the freshness of the oil so much. We buy the bottle in a box of the Arbosana, and transfer it immediately into our clean fusto container to pour out the amount we desire.
