What a tase and full of anioxidants
I love both the Manzanillo and the Ascolano, but there's a little something special about the Ascalano that keeps me reaching for it first when making fresh salads. I use the Manzanillo for heavier dishes such as baked salmon, breads, and pizza. Can't go wrong with either, because Sciabica olive oil is outstanding.

Excellent new olive oil! The Manzanilla is my favorite, but all are very good. Toast some good bread, drizzle on oil and a pinch of fleur de sel - breakfast is taken care of! <3
