When I first purchased a bottle, I wasn't sure if it would be good. I was pleasantly surprised by the flavor and the multitude of dishes I can use with it. I ordered more because I went through it too quickly. It tastes like what the label reads, and makes using it easy without having to peel and mince the fresh garlic. My family loves it!

Love Sciabica. Extreme Garlic is the best flavored olive oil ever (personally Mediterranean medley and basil are my other favorite olive oils)—please ditch the “limited edition” never get rid of it. I’ll be so sad if it’s gone. It’s great for anywhere you’d use fresh garlic (love it with bread and balsamic!). Even if you find the extreme/raw garlic too strong (boo!), it’s still amazing-yet-mellow if you add it during cooking—just like garlic cloves but easier. I’ve used 3 500ml bottles already and it’s now a kitchen staple for me—I’ll be so sad if they ever get rid of it!

I ordered the Mediterranean and Extreme Garlic. Both are delicious! I use them all the time for cooking, salad dressings, bread dipping and making roasted almonds!

Excellent flavor. I use this on popcorn, bread, salads, and pizza. Just the right amount of garlic flavor if you love garlic. Repeat buyer.
