Never infused! Fiesta Fusion is a fabulous party of flavors. Just-harvested ripe California olives are cold-pressed with fresh Limes, plump Garlic cloves, ripe Jalapeños, and crisp Cilantro, to craft a bold-flavored olive oil that perfectly balances the delicious tastes of tart, spicy, and peppery with a hint of sweetness. Fiesta Fusion Olive Oil makes a perfect meat marinade for carne asada, as well as BBQ and salsas. Add extra zing when toasting tortillas, making pan-fried quesadillas, or preparing your taco meats. Punch up guacamole or salsa with a dollop. Finish your aguachile or ceviche for extra zesty flavor. Or drizzle over Juevos Rancheros to wake up your day.

We have been using Sciabicas olive oils exclusively since 2000 when we met them in Modesto. Every oil we have tried was just as we imagined.. Always flavorful.. The Fiesta Fusion works perfect in tacos and hot dishes but is really good in guacamole.
My favorite for sauteing veggies and meat. And, it smells delicious, too! A promise of what is to come.
I love the Fiesta Fusion olive oil. I have made tamales, tacos, and enchiladas and the oil just brought out the favor.
On the Rocks: Add all ingredients to a cocktail shaker with a few ice cubes. Shake for 15 seconds. It's important to shake vigorously in order to combine the olive oil. pour over a Tajin-rimmed glass full of ice.
Blended: Multiply all ingredients by 4 and add all to a blender full of ice. Blend until smooth. Serve immediately.
Garnish with Jalapeño slices and/or Lime Wedges
