Love this olive oil. My husband and I visited Sciabica while on vacation in May, we brought some of the olive oils home with us. We loved them so much, we ordered more online. The fiesta and the Mediterranean are our favorite ones! Great taste on aknots everything.

This olive oil is a flavor bomb. You get a bit of heat from the jalapeño, and all the flavors of this olive come together like a song. I love to make salsa and I use this as a finishing oil on top then stir it in. Delicious. This olive oil is great on meats for stir fry with a Mexican flare.

This flavor is so delicious in salads. Especially when you're making a tomato, cucumber, shallot and avocado salad.

I love this mixture of flavors. I cook with it and pour over my salad and veggies. Hate when I run out of it

Fiesta Fusion takes flavored olive oils to a whole new level. I've always enjoyed the flavored olive oils, but this one just knocked our socks off!

I love flavored olive oils and have bought many different flavors(I have at least seven different flavors right now) but Fiesta Fusion is one of the best I have ever tasted. The combination of flavors works so well. My favorite way to use it is to cook some orzo pasta and green beans and then dress it with this oil and a bit of salt and pepper. Delightful!

Love Fiesta Fusion. Great combination of flavors. I have used it in a marinade and recently used it in a Green Sauce Chicken and Cheese casserole. It added so much flavor and a little heat.

I hope this comes back. This is the best olive oil I have ever ordered from Sciabica and have tried quite a few of the flavors.

I want to echo other reviewers: PLEASE make this a regular flavor! I use it in everything, even to coat egg bites and oven fries. It's perfect for making sofrito or chicken stew. I am desperate for more. There is no comparable product that exists on the market.

I have had several different flavors of Sciabica flavors of olive oil. This one is absolutely amazing and by far my favorite that I have tried. PLEASE make it a permanent flavor. It is so different from so many of the other flavors you (and others) offer and gives an amazing kick to everything. The spice from the jalapenos, acid from the lime, and flavors from everything else are wonderfully balanced. We have put it on tacos, avocado toast, quinoa bowls - incredible. Was also pleasantly surprised how this one came with a pour spout.

I love all Sciabica products.

This limited edition olive oil is superb! Very flavorful, adds a lot when used as the base of a marinade. I live in the Boston area and discovered Sciabica olive oil when I was in Modesto on business. I order olive oil and vinegar several times a year and am never disappointed! Shipping is always very fast.

I only buy EVOO from Sciabica.
