I use the Fig Balsamic with Sweet Lambrusco and Basil Olive Oil to create my "to go" salad dressing. We don't eat out often but when we do, I always bring my salad dressing. Sciabica is all we use.

When I want to brighten pizza, flatbread, steak, black beans or pork chops, I simply reduce a bit and drizzle. Delicious! For salad, I pour on directly along with lemon or Mediterranean Olive Oil. Yum.

We received this Balsamic as a Christmas gift and just used it with a store-prepared antipasto; it brightened the dish up so much. I appreciate the oak barrel ageing that gives it a fine wine-like edge! Absolutely the best ever!!
