This Fig Balsamic really adds something special to my salad dressing.
I use the Fig Balsamic with Sweet Lambrusco and Basil Olive Oil to create my "to go" salad dressing. We don't eat out often but when we do, I always bring my salad dressing. Sciabica is all we use.

When I want to brighten pizza, flatbread, steak, black beans or pork chops, I simply reduce a bit and drizzle. Delicious! For salad, I pour on directly along with lemon or Mediterranean Olive Oil. Yum.

I love the Fig Balsamic Vinegar. There are so many ways to use it, but I love it when I make my pork roast. My family raves over it. It really enhances the flavor. Your products are the highest quality!
Both of my Bottles were broken. Not fault of yours. I think the USPS played kickball with my package. You didn't hesitate to send me replacements. Oh yeah, love the fig and also the sticky balsamic.

I love this. I have made honey balsamic dressing for my salad, marinades for my fish and chicken, mixed with olive oil and spices for a bread dip, and numerous other things. It is AWESOME! I will definitely be buying more!
I use flavored balsalmic vinegars for salads almost daily and this one is excellent!
