We meticulously select only the ripest Habañero peppers picked at the height of flavor, and press them with ripe California olives to craft a bold-flavored Habañero Extra Virgin olive oil that is absolutely superb drizzled over baked fish, herb-roasted chicken and al dente pasta. Or use as a dipping oil for fresh-baked focaccia bread.

Firecracker Grilled Pork

  • 2 bone-in pork chops (1–1.5 inch thick)
  • 2 tbsp habanero olive oil
  • 1 tbsp honey
  • 1 tbsp fresh lemon juice
  • 2 cloves garlic, finely minced
  • 1 tsp smoked paprika
  • ½ tsp sea salt
  • ½ tsp black pepper

Whisk ingredients together to craft the sauce. Let pork chops marinate in the sauce at room temp for 20–30 minutes. Grill'm up!
