I love the lemon olive oil! I use it for cooking/sauteing, marinating, and in salad dressings. It is also delicious in hummus and for baking - as a substitute for the regular olive oil or vegetable oil in recipes. Nice, delicate flavor.

We eat salmon at least once a week and i use the Lemon Oil with a little honey then put Panko bread crumbs one top, very thick. Bake in a hot oven (425) for 20 minutes or just until the salmon turns a light pink. Make a sauce of mayonnaise, honey, spice mustard, a little of the Lemon Oil. Everyone
eats all that is served.
