This is my favorite infusion! The taste is fantastic and the oil can be used in a good variety of recipes. I would love for it to be available on more than a limited release.

I love it on butter lettuce with sliced avocado and sliced sweet onions with a white balsamic vinegar.
I also like it to flavor rice with the lime EVOO, I add cilantro and sliced green onions and a little salt.

Sciabica oils are always fresh and enjoyable. I love adding the lime or lemon oil to my rice while cooking. Primo!!

I'm sorry to say I did not care for the lime olive oil. I have a lime olive oil that I use all the time for my salads and other things and because I love
the regular olive oils from here, I thought this lime would be good as
well but did not care for it.🫤

The lime olive oil was quite delicious. I used it in my air fryer on the chicken to give it to a hint of a line flavor.. Highly recommended.

I absolutely love these infused olive oils. I found them at my local green market, but we moved recently. I could not live without my extreme garlic, lemon and lime infused oils. Great on salad; have served it mixed with lemon balsamic vinegar and lime balsamic vinegar. Both make for a very tasty mixed greens salad. Always gets compliments.

As usual, an exceptional olive oil. I think limes have a more floral taste than lemons.
