Ordered the Marsala in a box and it’s as delicious as always. I’ve been ordering the different olive oils for years and it never disappoints. If I run out of it and buy another oil, I’m always disappointed because I’m used to such a fresh tasting Sciabica oil. I highly recommend!
Our family has used your oil for as long as you have been in business. We use to drive from San Jose in the “old”days to pick our oil up. I am now 73 and it was an adventure to drive all that way but was well worth it!

My mother lived in Modesto for over 30 yrs and she was the one that turned us onto this wonderful olive oil company! I have been using this oil for cooking and for salad vinaigrettes for many yrs now and the quality has always been amazing! I am really enjoying the Marsala evoo. It's mild and slightly fruity. I like to have 2-3 tablespoons straight from the tap and follow with a tablespoon of raw honey first thing in the morning.

Sciabica’s Marsala is the only olive oil we use and we use a lot of it. Been a subscriber for years. Great taste and good value for high quality local olive oil. No need to buy Italian, Greek, or Spanish. It doesn’t get any. Better than this!
I love Sciabica’s olive oil. My parents used to take us to their store when we’d visit my Aunt Dorothy and Uncle Don Crooker in Modesto, CA in the 1970s. They’d visit with Mr Sciabica while we shopped. I can picture him now, such a nice man.
