Salad Sensation

Lemon Olive Oil + Basil Olive Oil + Sweet Lambrusco Vinegar

Mix even parts of Lemon Olive Oil, Basil Olive Oil, and Lambrusco Vinegar with a dash of sea salt and fresh cracked pepper for a sensationally savory and sweet salad dressing!

Spring Salad

  • 5 Oz Mixed Greens
  • 8-12 Strawberries
  • 12 Cherry Tomatoes
  • 1/4 Cup Feta Cheese
  • 1/4 Cup Candied Pecans
  • 1 Cup Broccoli Slaw
  • 1/2 Avocado
  • 1/2 Cup Salad Sensation Dressing (see above)
  • 1 Tbsp Spicy Brown Mustard
  • 1 Tsp Sea Salt
  • 1 Tsp Fresh Cracked Black Pepper


Combine Mixed Greens, Broccoli Slaw, Feta, and Candied Pecans in a large salad bowl. Cut Strawberries into thin slices and Cherry Tomatoes in half. Add to salad bowl. DRESSING In a small bowl, combine Olive Oil, Balsamic, Mustard + Salt & Pepper. Mix well. Pour Dressing over Salad and toss just before serving.
