My brother and I received the Salad Sensation gift pack when we loaned our beach house to a colleague. (We loan only to family and friends and ask for no payment.) We had no idea what it was but followed the directions to make salad dressing and after one taste, he proclaimed, “This is now the required ‘rent’ when we loan out the house!” It’s amazing!

Spring Salad

  • 5 Oz Mixed Greens
  • 8-12 Strawberries
  • 12 Cherry Tomatoes
  • 1/4 Cup Feta Cheese
  • 1/4 Cup Candied Pecans
  • 1 Cup Broccoli Slaw
  • 1/2 Avocado
  • 1/2 Cup Salad Sensation Dressing (see above)
  • 1 Tbsp Spicy Brown Mustard
  • 1 Tsp Sea Salt
  • 1 Tsp Fresh Cracked Black Pepper


Combine Mixed Greens, Broccoli Slaw, Feta, and Candied Pecans in a large salad bowl. Cut Strawberries into thin slices and Cherry Tomatoes in half. Add to salad bowl. DRESSING In a small bowl, combine Olive Oil, Balsamic, Mustard + Salt & Pepper. Mix well. Pour Dressing over Salad and toss just before serving.
