Just as we’ve done with our single varietal olive oils, keeping the ingredients simple allowed us to obsess over water chemistry, brew timing & temperature, and oxygen control – discovering how tiny tweaks at every stage of the process has dramatic impact on flavor! After more than a year of research & development with dozens of combinations of Malt, Hops, and Yeast, we are 100% proud to present our double dry-hopped SMASH (single malt & single hop) brew of Maris Otter Malt and Citra Hops.
