Blood Orange Olive Oil

Yummy over salad

First tried this with a small bottle and it went very fast. I used this for salad dressings and I've also used it to cook pork and chicken. Needless to say I bought a large bottle next time.

This Blood orange olive oil is ,( like all Sciabicas oils), is 10/10 delicious! My favorite way to use it is in making a salad dressing using it, mixed with fig balsamic or sticky balsamic vinegar, chopped shallot, a bit of Dijon mustard , splash of fresh orange juice and salt! Then use over a mixed greens and butter lettuce, chopped apples or pears, dried cranberries, mandarin oranges, toasted almonds and more diced shallot salad! It's almost too much yumminess to handle. 😄

The absolute best orange olive oil I have ever had… I have been using this product for years… How lucky I was to come across SCIABICA family products…

I'm making brownies today with the orange! I also have the lemon which is great on avocado toast, plus other oils for salads! Excellent quality.

The orange oil and the chocolate in the brownie recipe is wonderful. I would actually call it a cake instead of a brownie. I had originally bought a small bottle of the orange oil when I was in California and on a tour of your facilities so bought a large bottle this time!

I know it sounds weird, but the orange olive oil in brownies is sooo good.

Love this in a salad dressing with sherry vinegar. Great to drizzle on fish and chicken.
