It's not often I fall in love with a vinegar, but this Pomegranate Balsamic is ridiculously wonderful! I am sure there are many uses, but this makes the BEST salad dressings with a flavor that coats every lettuce leaf. If you enjoy nuts in your salads, this vinegar givese a pop to seeds and nuts as well. I will 100% reorder this vinegar again and again!

I had been on the search for Raspberry Vinegar for a specific recipe, but when I saw Sciabica had Pomegranate, I had to try. Well - we were not disappointed! As usual, their products are phenomenal. The taste is subtle and the moist fruit comes through, even whn mixed into a dressing or recipe.
Drizzle it on your vegetables instead of butter, add some to your marinades, every salad dressing tastes better with balsamic in it, vanilla ice cream with strawberries and balsamic instead of chocolate sauce, experiment to your heart's content!
Combined with their Lemon Olive Oil, this makes a delicious dressing. I am a repeat customer!

I expected a balsamic vinegar to be thick and almost syrupy. This is not. It has the same texture as water. As a result the taste is very slight.

We enjayed this on just about every thing even on crusty french bread with sliced chicken breast. yum yum
Pour a little over a honey dew or melon and what a great taste. I even reduced some to make a glaze for ribs and man was it nice. A very unique find with tons of possibilities. Even by itself it's fantastic
