Red Wine Vinegar

Everyone asks my wife "Why does your salad taste so good?" It's this vinegar.

This is the best red wine vinegar I have ever had, and unlike anything else available on the market. It really has a bite to it. We have used this for years. I use it mostly in homemade dressings, and when making cacciatore, and it adds so much flavor to the recipe.

I don't buy store vinegar anymore. Sciabica's red wine vinegar is tart and full of flavor and I know it's fresh and where it comes from. I use it for my home made salad dressing along with their flavored olive oils and my dressings are scrumptious. Makes me want to eat salad every day!
