Rosemary Olive Oil

One of my favorite flavors of oil. I put this on most of my vegetable i roast. Great flavor.

This rosemary oil enhances roasted asparagus, chicken, pork and mushrooms!

Have used Sciabica's product for years and never been disappointed. The cold press process they use for the flavored oils, makes for a an oil with exceptional fragrance as well as flavor. Years ago my wife and I used to pick it up at the store in Modesto, mainly because we enjoyed tasting anything they had new. If you're able to catch their yearly, box sale it's a no brainer, unequivocal recommendation!

Such a masterpiece. The rosemary is perfect. Subtle addition but doesn’t overtake.

We first tried Sciabica's olive oils at Lewis Grace wines in Camino (Placerville) California years ago and were highly impressed with the quality, flavors, and versatility. Now that I'm able to order online with flat rate shipping, it's so convenient (though I do miss the wine tasting opportunity).

Initially we received a gift box of different flavors and scent.

Now I buy the 1500ml boxes and refill the 500ml bottles for convenience. We use it on everything, including Ooni baked pizza. No matter the application it is always a treat. Our favorites are the rosemary on roasted veggies, garlic, lemon and basil on so many other foods and to cook with.!
