This is a staple for us and we would not be without it. If you love Rosemary then you will love this. It gives a remarkably accurate and consistent rosemary flavor to whatever you add it to. It's great for basting a chicken, searing a prime rib and especially good on brioche buns before you toast them for hamburgs. We buy it by the box
