Sweet Peach Vinegrette

I tried it tonight on cucumbers and it was not enough Peach flavor for me, but still good. I will try on a salad next. I can see using this a a marinade, yum!

I first tried this on my spinach salad with the Orange Infused Olive Oil. It was a huge hit with my guests. This will now be a favored, go-to recipe. It was fast, easy, and delicious!

Sweet Peach Vinegar is a must have!

We LOVE this vinegar! Just a touch of peach sweetness and the ONLY vinegar we use besides Sciabica's Sticky Balsamic. Pair it with Sciabica's Blood Orange oil in pasta salad, quick chicken marinade...add their Garlic oil, Lemon oil, or Balsamic oil! Soooooo, Good!

OMG - what a combination

This and the olive oil (pick your favorite) make for an excellent combination on salads!! Especially in the summer. For me is simple - fresh lettuce, EVOO, & peach balsamic vinegar - YUM!!!
