We named this the Taste Master’s Pack in honor of Craig Hilliker, our esteemed Master Sensory Analyst who underwent rigorous training at the prestigious Robert Mondavi Institute at UC Davis–earning certification that qualifies him to evaluate olive oils for quality. His expertise helps ensure that every Sciabica olive oil meets the highest standards. It’s also why we affectionately call him The Taste Master.

*Sensory analysis is the scientific discipline that evaluates and measures how people perceive the qualities of a product using their senses—sight, smell, taste, and texture. Performed by highly specialized people, it's often used in food and beverages to assess the overall quality of a product.

Taste Master’s ‘Pink Lemonade Vinaigrette’

  • 3 Tbsp Sciabica’s Lemon Olive Oil
  • 1 Tbsp Sciabica’s Sweet Lambrusco
  • 1 Tbsp Local Honey
  • 1 Tbsp  Dijon Mustard1 tsp chopped fresh Rosemary
  • 1 tsp chopped fresh Basil
  • Salt & Pepper to taste

Mix all the ingredients together in a small bowl with a whisk or a fork. Turn it into a grilling sauce by adding 1 Tbsp of your favorite chicken or pork seasoning!
