The Blueberry Muffin Cup recipe is sweeping the internet. Here's our take... Instead of butter, we used our fresh Buttery & Sweet Olio Nuovo, and instead of the microwave, we baked it for a crispy-browned crust. In all honesty, this simple recipe is a 10 out of 10.

1/3 Cup Flour
1/8 Cup Sugar
1/4 Teaspoon Baking Powder
1/4 Teaspoon Sea Salt
1/4 Cup Milk
1/2 Teaspoon Vanilla Extract
1/8 Cup Sciabica's Buttery & Sweet EVOO
1/4 cup Fresh Blueberries
Zest of Lemon
Mix all dry ingredients
Add Liquid Mix to Dry Mix and whisk thoroughly.
Add Blueberries and Lemon Zest
Bake @ 400F for 30 min or until golden brown on top and a toothpick can be pulled out clean.
