Lemon Pasta

Bring a large pot of salted water to a boil. Cook pasta until al dente. Reserve 1/4 cup of pasta water before draining. Gently warm the Lemon Olive Oil in a large skillet over medium low heat. Add sliced garlic and cook just until fragrant. Add drained pasta directly to the skillet. Toss with lemon zest, and a splash of reserved pasta water to create a silky sauce. Stir in Parmesan or Romano cheese. Add a pinch of red pepper flakes and finish with fresh herbs and an extra drizzle of Lemon Olive Oil right before serving.
