A little Salt & pepper & dip sour dough bread, and glass of wine. Boom!

The Roasted Garlic Oil is one of my favorite oils from Sciabicas'. Sometimes use it in the place of garlic cloves. It truly does add a wonderful taste to many dishes as well as bruschetta. Hope this oil remains available in the long run.

I've tried many garlic olive oils. This one is in a class by itself. The roasted garlic flavor comes through with just the right balance.

I have a pizza dough recipe that uses a bit of olive oil for texture and to make a more New York style dough, I swapped about 1/3 of that amount with this oil and it gave a lovely faint garlic flavor and aroma to the dough.

I wait for this oil to release every year….and have yet to be disappointed. The roasted garlic flavor is smooth and delicious.

The robust roasted garlic is so good in my italian dishes. I use it for practically all of my recipes.

Quality oil and a really good taste. What’s not to love?

Just like all their oils, super good. Fresh taste. I've been happy with all the oils except the cilantro really. Can't go wrong with garlic.
