Single varietal olive oils are much like grapes & wine. Instead of Cabernet and Zinfandel, we have Sevillano, Arbosana and Mission. Each has a distinct flavor. Which is best is a personal choice, and each have a loyal following, but you can’t go wrong with any of them!
