Finally I found a pasta sauce that is so good I stopped making sauce. It's perfect with angel hair pasta. Lite and flavorful. Sometime I use meat for my husband but prefer it alone.

Like many others, I can only find this online. Here in New Orleans, Italians would call this “red gravy” sauce. It is indeed much more than a marinara in every way. Wonderful.
