This roasted garlic olive oil has become a staple in our house! It's hands down our family's favorite and we use it on just about everything..from bread and pasta to roasted vegetables, potatoes, salads, and even grilled meats. The garlic flavor is rich and authentic without being overpowering and it elevates every meal. Once we tried it we couldn't imagine our kitchen without it. Highly recommend to anyone who loves great flavor and quality!

I am alergic to garlic and onions - replaced the onions with scallions and fennel in my Cioppino and used this to replace the garlic. It worked perfectly and my guests thought my cioppino was the best ever! And I did NOT have any adverse reaction! I will be a regular customer for all your garlic olive oils.

I have been making a lot of focaccia lately and been using all the other flavors of olive oil….which make the focaccia very tasty. I just happened to be in the middle of putting on the topping (oil, onion, salt) when the new Roasted Garlic oil arrived. Best Focaccia ever!!!!! I had ordered two larger bottles and have used so much of one bottle already. Wish it came in the box like the regular garlic!!! It’s my new fav.

I first bought this oil at the Quady winery. When I got home with my small bottles to make my Greek dressing I realized I didn’t have enough. I could only make 1 jar. So I quickly bought large bottles of this roasted garlics and the Mediterranean medley. I love them both and my Greek salads are great!! I’m grateful for the tasting while at Quady. Living in Illinois we can’t get anything as authentic.

These are the finest olive oils I have ever cooked with. Always fresh! They have been a wonderful addition at our table. We simply don't buy any other olive oils. If you cook with olive oils you owe it to youself to try Sciabica's oils!

The oils are exquisite—clean flavorful oils and are the mainstays of everything I cook.
The aloe vera and lavender that has been infused in the oils are so nourishing on the skin. The aloe vera one is extremely helpful in calming bouts of excema.

The Roasted Garlic Olive Oil is fantastic. I use it when making homemade pizzas and when I sauté vegetables. I also use the Buttery Sweet. I love them both and will continue to buy them as long as they are available.

This oil is fantastic. I use a lot of Italian spices and this just fits perfectly with the theme. I is great on everything I put it on, fish, chicken, pork and yes, even beef.

I think this Roasted Garlic olive oil is okay. I was under the impression that it would have had a more savory or pungent flavor of roasted garlic but it doesn't. Overall I'm pleased with my purchases of the Lemon olive oil I just expected a little more flavor with the Roasted Garlic one. Will be ordering another oil very soon.
