Very good bold flavor & color. Mixed well with my added ingredients. ONLY negative for me was that it had a higher acid taste than I favor. Easily fixed with the addition of a little sugar.

I bought quite a few jars of this and it's my favorite out of all the tomato sauces. It has a plain fresh taste of tomatoes. I also like the glass jars vs can even though both are fine to use. It was a good base to create your own sauce to your own taste, in fact, fresh basil and parmesan cheese is a real simple added ingredient for a great taste..and ofcourse, a few added homemade meatballs cooked in sciabica oils of garlic, basil etc and bon appetit!.... The color is of good ripe tomatoes.

I am a pizza fanatic...I make my own dough using my own starter and I try to source the finest organic ingredients as toppings. Tomato Magic is my favorite basic sauce for my pizzas due to its taste and consistency.

I had purchased the giant food service cans in the past but those are unwieldy for a home cook...even for a pizza fanatic like me who makes pizza weekly.

I was so excited to find these 31 oz. jars of Tomato Magic on this terrific website! They are just perfect! Of course, with shipping costs these jars are not cheap, but when you find a product that fits your tastes perfectly you are willing to pay a bit more.

PS. One thing...the jars come boxed, 6 to a box I believe...so when ordering in quantity it would be good to order with that in mind. I ordered 10, so when my order arrived it was a whole box (6) plus 4 in a box that was cut down. Next time I'll order either 6 or 12.
