Cut meat into 1 inch cubes
Salt and Pepper the meat to your liking
Coat in 3 tablespoons of Garlic olive oil and 1 tablespoon of Jalapeno Olive Oil. Let sit for 5 minutes.
Coat in 2 tablespoons of Sticky Balsamic and let marinate for 2 hours
Slice vegetables into 1 inch squares, approximately 1/2 inch thick and build your skewers
Place skewers on the grill over direct heat and turn every 3 minutes, brushing on a little more olive oil mixture with each turn.
Once you have the grill marks you like, move the skewers to indirect heat.
Remove from the grill when the protein reaches your desired doneness.
Plate and finish with a drizzle of Sticky Balsamic for decoration and flavor.
