Other flavored oils often use heat-infusion, or blend with extracts instead of our unique cold press “fresh-fused” process. Often called ‘fused’, ‘crushed’, ‘co-milled’, or ‘agrumato’ – we take only the highest quality fresh or roasted garlic cloves, and gently cold press them with our just-harvested California olives, resulting in a zesty flavor fusion that sets the bar for "flavored olive oils". Cold pressing preserves the delicate flavors that are destroyed through heat-infusion, and are not present in extracts.
