Ingredients

1 Head of Cauliflower, broken down to florets

1 Cup Almond Milk (or any "Milk")

2 Tablespoons Garlic EVOO

1 Cup Flour (we used Bobs Red Mill 1-1 Gluten Free)

1/4 Cup Corn Meal
-
1 Pinch Salt, Pepper, and Paprika

1 Cup Marsala EVOO

Sticky Balsamic (for finishing)
Directions
Soak florets in almond milk and Garlic EVOO mixing ocassionally
Combine GF Flour, Corn Meal, and Seasoning in a mixing bowl
Place 2-5 florets from the liquid into the flour ensuring to drain off excess liquid
Remove from flour and place on baking sheet lined with parchment
Bake at 400 F for 15 minutes to set the crust and begin cooking cauliflower
Heat 1 Cup of Marsala EVOO in a frying pan to 350 F
Remove florets from the oven and finish in oil until golden brown
Cool on a wire rack for best results or back on the baking sheet used to bake (Pro-Tip: Add a pinch of salt as they come out of the hot oil)
Drizzle with Sticky Balsamic for a sweet zing of flavor
