It's delicious! Aggressively, fresh and flavorful... a bold fresh fruit start followed by a crisp peppery finish... it begs for a sweet, tart complement... fruit, balsamic vinegar or wine.

I stirred 1/4 cup of this oil with dark cocoa powder and a touch of raw sugar...poured the mixture on glass and froze. The result was a delightful frozen desert treat! Ribbons of rich, chewy, smooth chocolate with a bright vineyard fresh fruit flavor!

We were huge fans of a green season EVOO from Puligia that is no longer available in the US. Yours is every bit as wonderful. I enjoy it on almost everything but especially salads.

Have been ordering Sciabica’s olive oil for over 30 years. I remain a customer because of the quality, but also the offerings of varietal oils. Also the offerings of Nuevo distinguishes Sciabica from the others.

First time I got Manzanillo a few years ago. I really loved it very much because it was bitter unfortunately this time around it wasn’t as good or as green.

I drizzled this over grilled veggies and the strength of the oil perfectly blended, especially with grilled fresh asparagus. Also, tried it on wild Alaskan sockeye salmon off the grill and it was indeed a tasty alternative to lemon/dill. A great oil to have on hand.

Excellent extra virgin olive oil, produced in California for finishing legumes or proteins!

Nothing compares to Sciabica's olive oils. I'm coming back to the Manzanillo Fall with this purchase, because of the wonderful, light, fresh texture, and the spicy bite that lingers with this one. I have tried so many different brands, and none come close to these. Looking forward to trying the Jalapeno and Basil flavored oils this time, as well.

I really love this Olive oil. It has a very smooth but peppery taste just as advertised. It has the finishing bite like the fresh pressed oil that we had in Tuscany. It is great for dipping, salads and poured over veggies after roasting them. I have purchased this oil in quantity for the last three or four years and have never been disappointed. Although, this year's supply seem to be limited. I have tried many and I have never found a better olive oil.

It's hard to know where to start with this one. It tastes so wonderful, we have already polished off almost half the bottle in two weeks (750ml).

The rich taste is quite smooth but has great body. We have been eating it over vegetable and as a dipping oil with fresh bread. Stunning flavor, so good you almost want to drink it from a wine glass.

Warning! You will never be able to settle willingly for other olive oil again! We are hooked. (How about a frequent buyers club?)
