Other flavored oils often use heat-infusion, or blend with extracts instead of our unique cold press “fresh-fused” process. Often called ‘fused’, ‘crushed’, ‘co-milled’, or ‘agrumato’ – we take only the ripest fruits and freshest herbs, and cold press them with our just-harvested California olives.
Our Fresh-Picked Flavored Vinegars, artisan-crafted using fresh-picked peaches or pomegranates and California balsamic vinegar, then aged in oak barrels for a rich, complex flavor.
